For example, 5GB of bandwidth means that you'll be allowed to transfer 5GB of data within a specified period of time, usually one month. Don’t be too worried about the amount of bandwidth; you would need to have a very busy site to consume the monthly allowance of bandwidth most companies provide.

2. 24/7 Customer Service:
Nothing, and I mean nothing, can be more frustrating than to need help but not be able to quickly reach anyone to get your problem resolved. Make sure the company you use offers excellent 24/7 customer service support. Many so called “budget sites” offer a cheap monthly rate, but you pay for it big time when it comes to customer service and the help you need. Don’t sell yourself short on customer service. Understand that every company will have negative feedback about customer service--that is just part of life and part of this industry. Not everyone will be happy, for whatever reason, and the unhappy customers complain more than the happy customers praise. What is meant by excellent customer service is, "do they literally have customer service?" I have done business with budget web hosting companies and the customer service consisted of when the owner was in: emails were answered days later on the weekend, phone calls sometimes found the owner in a grocery store or somewhere away from the business. This is NOT what you need or want. Get your site with a place that offers 24/7, professional customer service. Then be patient with the occasional quirks inherent with any business.
